The word ‘Society’ wherever mentioned means ‘The Association of Medical Histotechnologists of India’.
The Jurisdiction of the Association shall be entire Maharashtra.
The financial year of the Society shall be 1st April to 31st March of every year.
The membership of the Association is open to those who are working in Histopathology technology field and who agree with the aims and objects of the Association. They shall have to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the said society. Membership will be allowed after consideration and approval of Managing committee. Managing committee keeps the right to reject any application for membership with giving any specific reason.
The management and administration of the said society shall be carried out on and managed by the Managing committee which may pay all legal expenses incurred in promoting and registration of the said society, are mentioned herein these Rules and Regulations and specifically required to be exercised by the committee in General Body Meeting.
The Managing committee shall be constituted of the following Members:
There shall be maximum Eleven and minimum five members in the Managing committee.
The Managing committee so constituted as a foresaid shall elect from amongst themselves the officer-bearers. Any person elected by the Managing Committee shall hold office for the remaining period only.
The Managing Committee shall work and have full powers and authority to do all acts, matter, things and deeds which may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of and in particulars to the following:
